Be part of the future of neuroscience drug discovery

Currently headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

We are building the company around our talent, embracing a mosaic vision. Cerevel is an environment of authenticity and diversity in service of our mission and purpose. We hire people for who they are and not who we want them to be, and we embrace people’s differences and treat them as precious assets.

Who we are

We are patient-focused in everything we do as we seek to transform lives through the development of new therapies for neuroscience diseases, including Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy and schizophrenia.

We are a team of leaders at all levels who combine a nimble, biotech mindset with the proven expertise of pharmaceutical drug discovery and development.

We are results-driven, relentlessly focusing on what matters and challenging each other to do the same, to learn, adapt and pivot to achieve success.

We are anchored in a set of core values that inform not just who we ask to join us in our work, but how we collaborate and operate.
