We are building the company around our talent, embracing a mosaic vision. Cerevel is an environment of authenticity and diversity in service of our mission and purpose. We hire people for who they are and not who we want them to be, and we embrace people’s differences and treat them as precious assets.

Who we are

We are patient-focused in everything we do as we seek to transform lives through the development of new therapies for neuroscience diseases, including Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy and schizophrenia.
